Meet The Team
Dr. Justin Moloney
Founder and Oral Surgeon
Justin is the founder of The Harmony Institute. He has a 3 year post graduate qualification in Oral Surgery and is registered as a specialist dentist with the Dental Council of Ireland. He has over 30 years’ experience in the dental profession in Ireland, the UK and further afield. He has taught for over 10 years in the Dublin Dental University Hospital.
He has written several scientific papers that have been published in accredited journals and has spoken at numerous conferences on his area of speciality – Oral Surgery.
Dr. Seamus Rogers
Oral Surgeon
Mr Rogers qualified from undergraduate dentistry with Honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2004, during this time Mr. Rogers was awarded the entrance exhibitioner award in 1999 & the Leo Heslin Memorial Medal in 2004.
Upon graduation, Mr. Rogers worked as a House Officer in the Dublin Dental School & Hospital in 2004. In 2005 he worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in order to pursue his interest in surgical dentistry.
Mr Rogers was awarded Membership of the Facility of Dental Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland in 2006. Following a period gaining further experience in General Dental Practice and teaching undergraduate dental students in the Dublin Dental School & Hospital, Mr Rogers began a three year full-time Clinical Doctorate in Oral Surgery in the Dublin Dental School & Hospital in 2007.
The topic of Mr. Rogers doctoral thesis was the prevention of nerve damage during oral surgery procedures such as wisdom tooth removal. He graduated from Oral Surgery Specialist training with a first class honours in 2010 & was awarded a fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland in Oral Surgery 2010. Mr. Rogers is a registered oral surgery specialist with the Irish Dental Council & a member of the Irish Dental Association.

Dr. Naomi Rahman
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Rahman qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2004 in Dentistry. Naomi has worked as a house officer in the Dublin Dental School and Hospital, and also in general practice. She was awarded the membership of the Faculty of Dentistry by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2006. The following year, she undertook a three year doctorate programme in oral surgery in the Dublin Dental School and Hospital. Her thesis topics were on trigeminal neuralgia and dental and oro-facial pain. In 2010, she was awarded a fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in oral surgery. She is a Consultant in the Mater Private Hospital.
Naomi is particularly active in the continuing education field, providing hands on courses and lectures for dentists regularly.
She is a reviewer for articles submitted to the Journal of the Irish Dental Association, and is a past President of the Metropolitan Branch of the Irish Dental Association. She is a past committee member and Treasurer of the Irish Association of Oral Surgeons.

Jill qualified as a dental nurse from the Dublin Dental Hospital in 2006.
